Shipping Country List

When you are placing an order, please remember to choose the proper delivery method. Once we receive your order, we will process it within 48 hours, and then we will deliver your items as soon as possible. The shipping time and freight depends on the delivery methods you chose. Right after we ship your order we will send you a tracking number, with which you can tracking the status of your item through Internet.
For all the parcels, we will write “Gift” on shipping label to help customer avoid tax. If there’s some special demand on shipping some customers, please notify us on time before shipping.
The total shipping time will be 5-9 days. There may be sometimes the packages can be dallied over in the customs. But if you haven’t received your euro jersey 10 days after we deliver it, please contact us, we will handle it for you.

Please confirm your shipping address and the receiver’s name and phone number before you pay for it. Please offer the valid e-mail address and check your emails after you have placed an order, as we may need to contact you if we need to.
Once we receive your order, as we are Soccer Jersey Company we may deal with it as soon as possible, so there may be some difficult if you want to change your order after you place it. If you really do want to change, please contact our customer service, we will see if we can help you to change it. If the items have been delivered, we could not change it.
Please make sure there is someone in the receiving place to sign for the package. Once the item was send back due to no one receive it, the customer may need to pay for the extra expense.
If you receive the wrong or unsuccessful Euro jersey we send, please contact us. And then you can send it back to us and we will pay for all the shipping freight and make a change or refund to you.
